Everything held for one email address, and the one way to remove it. The contact form promises a message can be deleted on request and the privacy notice promises Article 17; this is where that gets carried out.
It cannot reach the copies that were emailed. Those are shown on every answer below, because an erasure that reported "done" while a copy sat in a mailbox would be a lie.
